X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry XRF

The “X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry” (XRF) carries out the elemental analysis of solid materials as metals of alloys, powders and liquids; the “Wavelength Dispersion Spectrometers” (WDS) distributed by Assing guarantee the highest performance also in the analysis of light elements as boron, carbon and fluorine.

The “Energy Dispersion Spectrometers” (EDS), due to their easy geometry and design, present compact size and cheap cost; they are table top instruments suitable for small laboratories and permit the elemental analysis of all elements from Sodium to Uranium.

The Micro-XRF technique is applied in the non-destructive (until 10 micron spots) and in the part chemical mapping.
