RIGAL, il primo banco dinamico per prova motore totalmente “italiano”, integralmente progettato e realizzato dalla Assing, è giunto alla sua terza generazione.

Il sistema consente di simulare, in ambiente operativo LABVIEW™ (National Instruments), il comportamento del veicolo, inclusa la sua inerzia, le perdite dovute alla trasmissione, alle catene cinematiche, al cambio marcia o agli effetti esterni quali il vento, la strada, la salita o la discesa. Permette inoltre di realizzare in automatico i cicli prova previsti dalle normative internazionali (EPA Transient, analisi modale) ovvero di configurare cicli "customizzati".

La scelta dell’ambiente di sviluppo LABVIEW™ è dettata dalla sempre crescente esigenza, da parte degli utenti di sala prova motori, di poter configurare a proprio piacimento l’interfaccia grafica di presentazione delle misure e le elaborazioni da effettuare su di esse.

Software di Gestione Prove

DYNAS, è il software di acquisizione e gestione per Sale Prova steady state e dinamiche, interamente progettato e realizzato dalla ASSING, utilizzabile per l’ambiente operativo WINDOWS® (Microsoft®) con sistema di sviluppo grafico LABVIEW 8.5™ (National Instruments™).

Tutto il software ASSING è realizzato secondo la tipica struttura della programmazione ad oggetti dell’ambiente LABVIEW™: un insieme di “VI” (Virtual Instruments) sono tra loro correlati a mezzo di chiamate, variabili e dati comuni; le “VI” sono da intendersi come singoli task, ciascuno composto di una pagina video interattiva nella quale tasti, cursori e potenziometri sono azionabili dall’operatore tramite mouse.

  • DYNO - Pacchetto per la gestione delle prove “Dinamiche” ed in "Trascinato":
    Tramite questo pacchetto Software, il banco di comando RIGAL è in grado di effettuare il controllo ad anello chiuso di coppia e velocità in modalità dinamica e di eseguire, sul motore in prova, cicli dinamici predefiniti o impostabili da operatore.
